CF&TV Newsletter: news from the Catalan film & TV industry
july
Supporting the Catalan audiovisual industry worldwide

International recognition continues as the industry sets its sights on the future

Following the wake of Cannes, the Catalan industry has gained a very solid foothold at festivals this summer. Four films have already taken part in the Czech Republic's famous Karlovy Vary Festival, while Daniel V. Villamediana's La vida sublime / The Life Sublime will be participating at the upcoming Locarno International Film Festival. What's more, we are working to ensure that Catalonia's activity makes its way to Venice, San Sebastian, Sitges, London, Pusan and New York.

Festivals are simply a symptom of success, as are the international sales that we saw recently at Madrid de Cine and the relentless activity of producers and other industry agents who have not stopped working. Through this newsletter, we at Catalan Films present to you the latest news before signing off to wish you a wonderful summer holiday.
