@ The International Association of Independent Film Critics honoured L. Miñarro with the Bisato D'Oro for his career in auteur film.

@ At the Lido, Pnina Blayer of the Haifa Film Festival explained the festival's editorial line. We have confirmation that Medianeras /Sidewalls by Gustavo Taretto now has distribution in Israel

@ Ivan Sanna of OMIGI told us about the company's new distribution system, at the Lido Industry Club

@ In Venice, the press showed enthusiasm following the screenings of Eva in the official out-of-competition section. The entire Escandalo team was right there to celebrate.

@ As we read the list of candidates for the European Film Academy and the final short list for the Oscars, the office was flooded with requests to show the film Pa Negre/Black Bread around the world.

@ A. Villaronga walked off with the National Film Award. He discussed San Sebastian's "box of surprises" and all the success in 2011. He particularly thanked the media for their support.

@ We presented the 13 productions with Catalan participation at the Kursaal Industry Club, at a very successful happy hour with a great sector turnout.

@ In San Sebastian, we attended the premiere of Isaki Lacuesta's Los Pasos dobles, produced by Tusitala and Bord Cadre, in the official competition section.

@ On 23 Sept. we saw the latest tests of the Catalan database application for android and iPhone. Soon to be posted in virtual stores. Zero cost.

The short film 'Coup de Grâce', selected to take part in the Official Section of the Warsaw Film Festival.
