In accordance with that set forth in Organic Law 15/1999, on Personal Data Protection, of 13 December (LOPD), we inform you that your personal data form part of an automated file held by CONSORCI CATALAN FILMS & TV (herein after referred to as Catalan Films & TV), with National Tax Identification Code Number S 0800458 B, with address in the city of Barcelona, at Carrer Mestre Nicolau, 23, ent., postal code 08021 and incorporated by virtue of resolution CLT/3113/2005 of 24 October (DOGC 4505 OF 8 NOVEMBER 2005). The aforementioned file containing your personal data will be used to send your newsletter subscription and /or other information on the activities of Catalan Films & TV that might be of interest to you.

Pursuant to the LOPD, at any time you may exercise your rights to access, rectification, opposition and/or cancellation regarding your personal data, by sending a letter to Catalan Films & TV at the address set forth herein above or by sending an e-mail message to: gvidala@gencat.cat, in both cases specifying the right that you wish to exercise and providing a copy of your National Identification Card as well as the data that you wish to modify or cancel.
