Three catalan productions in Venice and five in Toronto

As the days go by this week, the Mostra Internazionale d'Arte Cinematografica -Venice Film Festival has gradually unveiled the films that will be shaping the event's official sections.
On that note, we've just found out today that two Catalan productions will be taking part in the official Orizzonti Section:
- Caracremada, by Lluís Galter. Produced by the cultural association Passos Llargs, Mallerich Films and Cromosoma, with the participation of Televisió de Catalunya.
- Guest, by José Luís Guerín. Produced by Versus Entertainment and Roxbury Pictures, in collaboration with Televisió de Catalunya.
- Lope, by Andrucha Waddington. Produced by Ikiru Films, Antena 3 Films, Conspiraçao Filmes and El Toro Pictures.
Toronto International Film Festival unveiled on tuesday part of its line-up. Again, the 5 spanish coproduced films are all catalan:
- Biutiful, by Alejandro González Iñárritu. Produced by MOD Producciones, Ikiru Films and Menage à trois. In collaboration with Televisió de Catalunya.
- Buried, by Rodrigo Cortés. Produced by Versus Entertainment, Dark Trick Films and The Safran Company.
- Lope, by Andrucha Waddington. Produced by Ikiru Films, Antena 3 Films, Conspiraçao Filmes and El Toro Pictures.
- You will meet a tall dark stranger, by Woody Allen. Produced by Mediapro, Versàtil Cinema and Gravier Productions.
- The way, by Emilio Estevez. Produced by Castelao Produccions and Elixir films.
