This year the official selection of the Shanghai International Film Festival will be including the feature film Circuit, by Xavier Ribera, produced by Amas and starring Sophie Auster, Vincent Martinez, Óscar Jaenada and Leticia Dolera, among others.

Just a few days before in the same city, the miniseries Les veus del Pamano, a Diagonal Televisió, Mallerich Films, Paco Poch and Televisió de Catalunya co-production, will be presented at the TV Festival. This miniseries has been nominated for awards at some of the most famous TV festivals around the world, like the Banff World Television Festival in Canada and the Monte Carlo Television Festival.

Also in Monte-Carlo, Les veus del Pamano will be competing in the miniseries category alongside Ull per ull by Rodar y Rodar, TVC and TVE. And its leads Roger Coma and Montse Germán have also been nominated for best actor and actress in a miniseries.

Finally, a worthy note goes out to Sunny Side, France's most outstanding documentary market which, along with the IDFA (International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam), are considered Europe's two most important markets. Catalan Films & TV has been participating in it since 2003.
