'Chrysalis' awarded at the Shanghai International Film Festival

The Class A event, the Shanghai International Film Festival , was held on 16 - 24 June. Competing for the festival's most prestigious award was De tu ventana a la mía / Chysalis directed by Paula Ortiz (Zentropa International Spain, Amapola Films and Oria Films).The jury decided to give Chrysalis aa Special Mention and aMusician Avshalom Caspi was awarded best music.
What's more, another four Catalan productions took part in the parallel Panorama section. These include Enrique Urbizu's No habrá paz para los malvados / No Rest for the Wicked , which was one of the major film sensations at the San Sebastian Festival and the winner of the Goyas; El perfecto desconocido / The Perfect Stranger by Toni Bestard; Katmandú, un espejo en el cielo, by Icíar Bollaín; and Mientras Duermes / Sleep Tight , by Jaume Balagueró.
