Three Catalan animation productions to be taking part in Annecy

Tad, the Lost Explorer and Wrinkles (Arrugas) are the two Catalan feature films that will be competing in the Annecy International Animated Film Festival , which will be held on 4 - 9 June.
Moreover, the television series section will be including the production Fungi, Frida's Submarine, directed by Verónica Lassenius and Pablo Jordi (Stor Fisk and Pablo Jordi).
This festival is hailed as one of the sector's most important international events. Each year the competition section accommodates 220 titles from all around the world, including feature films and shorts, as well as television, school and commissioned productions.
The festival's parallel film market, the Mifa, will be held on 6 - 8 June and is looking forward to the attendance of more than twenty Catalan production companies. As a meeting place that brings together 2400 sector professionals from all around the world, Annecy is indeed an international animation capital.
